A national organization in the healthcare space is looking for a Senior Workday Benefits Analyst
to take the lead on the design, configuration, and optimization of their Workday Benefits and HCM modules.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and support for Workday Benefits and HCM modules.
- Collaborate with HR teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows.
- Perform regular audits, implement enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support end users, troubleshoot Tier 2 issues, and develop training documentation.
- Stay on top of Workday releases and provide insight into relevant system updates.
✅ You’ll Succeed In This Role If You:
- Have 3+ years of Workday Benefits configuration experience.
- Are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring experience supporting unionized populations (preferred).
- Are detail-oriented and confident working cross-functionally to implement system improvements.
