We are working with an enterprise organization looking expanding their Workday HRIS Teams that have opened up a new position for a Sr Workday Payroll Analyst. This position will play a vital role in the implementation and maintenance of the Workday Payroll module. You will be the Workday Payroll SME supporting all Payroll operations, system configuration, supporting Payroll solutions and aligning Workday payroll with the organizational needs.
The role:
- Configure, integrate and enhance Workday Payroll
- Manage all system updates, Reports and system deployments.
- Partner closely with Payroll, Financial teams and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve system accuracy and policies.
- Manage securities, Reporting, Year end and tax processes.
You will need:
- A strong background in Workday Payroll module with either implementation experience or experience of a newly implemented system.
- Configuration, Integration, EIB, Reporting
- An in depth understanding of payroll compliance and taxation in an enterprise organization
