We’re seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in Workday HCM, capable of leading system enhancements, supporting end users, and driving HR technology initiatives. This role focuses on both technical and functional configuration, with an emphasis on Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, Reporting, and Security.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert , supporting modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, and Security.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize HR business processes , including condition rules and calculated fields.
  • Maintain security frameworks across Workday business processes and domain access.
  • Deliver timely support to users by resolving functional and technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing escalations with minimal supervision.
  • Lead and participate in testing efforts, including system upgrades , UAT , and feature enablement for new releases.
  • Develop and maintain custom and standard reports , dashboards, and data extracts.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and deliver results in alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system changes and enhancements.
  • Mentor and support junior HRIS team members as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday in a corporate or consulting setting.
  • Proficient with Workday Core HCM , including Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, and Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex issues with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Workday Pro certification or relevant module certifications are a plus.
