Holly has over a decade of Recruitment and Staffing experience. Coming from a diverse background of background in Sales, Commercial, Education, Technical and IT Staffing. Holly’s role within Adalta Global is to head up USA Workday practice out of our Tampa, Fl office.

Holly has a keen eye for detail, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to finding out her clients needs and matching the right candidate not only with skill set but culturally to the organization.

Holly runs a dual desk of both Permanent and Contingent staff force across the United States, Her personal approach and relationship building is clearly reflected in her fantastic LinkedIn and Google reviews from both clients and candidates alike. One key factor in Holly’s success is the ability to quickly fill roles that have been advertised for several months directly by clients. She works with a targeted approach taking away timely hiring processes for organizations and presenting them with a carefully selected selection of pre-screened, active, and available candidates matched meticulously to the individual business and vacancy.
